Took to long to arrive ordered 812-2026…
Took to long to arrive ordered 812-2026 not here it's supposed to arrive on 819-2026 my dogs ran out of food I had to go buy something somewhere else

Your product is superior to the frozen…
Your product is superior to the frozen according to my dogs enthusiasm when it’s mealtime. Also the ease of storing your product sure makes it easier to not have to remember to thaw his next batch.While cost drove me to try Happy Howl my dogs reaction at meal time has been a bonus!

Great Service Fast Delivery and the big bonus My Dogs love it~~~Maybe a little difficult to open, but then that is very minor

FINALLY found the fóod she will eat
I have a rescue Miniature Pinscher. Í am not exaggerating when I say I have tried 6 different foods. High end companies. Happy Howl is what she will eat. I am relieved. Her coat has gotten very shiny and full. No more bare patches. Thank yoú

Risk your dogs life
You send me the wrong food and expect me to pay to print a label and tape it up and return it. Take time out of my day. Now I have to wonder is my dog getting returned food that is potentially tampered with. One needle prick and bacteria gets in and my dog gets sick

Great food, worst shipping box.
First off the cardboard box you use is way too thin for the weight of 36 little containers of food. The next thing is one piece of tape was used to seal the box. The bottom of the box had partially come open. Two of my food containers were crushed, but nothing was coming out. You need to show your employees how to box your product. And get thicker cardboard boxes. The food is amazing and my dog loved it, but the way it shipped was horrible. So that’s why I’m giving one star.
