Food is good Customer service not so much
I give the food a 8, my dog has not had issues on the food. The reason I did a poor rating 2 is because the customer service is poor. They won't offer discounts to current monthly subscribers and the food is ridiculous expensive after the first 3 orders. When I called Kyle could careless that my dog has allergies, sensitive stomach and its not easy for me to switch his food.. He simply asked if he could cancel my future orders while we were on the call. People who have pets know you can't just cancel and start a new food the next day. Slow proper switching. $183 for 30 days of dog food is crazy when they charged $93 for the first 3 months, there's no reason they can't offer that price, they are not gonna loose money. UPDATE THEY SAY THE HAVE 20% OFF THATS A LIE..I HAVE PICTURES MY SUBSCRIPTION BUT IT WON'T LET ME UPLOAD IT

We’re glad to hear your pup has had no issues with Happy Howl, and we completely understand your frustration around the cost and the importance of a slow transition, especially for a dog with allergies and a sensitive stomach. 💛🐾 We do want to clarify that Happy Howl subscriptions receive 20% off on recurring subscription purchases, so the subscription savings continue beyond the first few orders. We’re also sorry to hear that your conversation with our customer service team left you feeling unheard. Your pup’s needs and the time required to transition foods are important, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention so we can continue improving the experience. The Happy Howl Team 🐾

Picky eater
At first she didn't want to eat it, so I had to mix with her favorite rice and now she loves it.
Response from Happy HowlAug 17, 2026
Thank you for sharing! 🐾💛 We're so happy to hear that after mixing Happy Howl with her favorite rice, your pup warmed up to it and now loves her meals! Sometimes picky pups just need a little time and a familiar favorite to make the transition. We're thrilled you found what works for her! 🐶🥣 Warm Wags, The Happy Howl Team 🐾

I have three dog children and they’re…
I have three dog children and they’re all picky eaters! I’ve given them a lot of different types of dog foods in the market but didn’t seem to like them but they’re just eating it because they’re hungry. With Happy Howl, all my dog children were eating it as soon as I offered to them with excitement!!! It was messy when trying to open the box but it’s worth of try! Let’s see how long they’re excited to eat Happyhowel.🤞And also delivery was on time and fast and I love it!!!👍

Thank you so much for sharing this! 🐾💛 We’re thrilled that all three of your picky pups were excited to dig into Happy Howl right away! We know how challenging it can be to find a food that picky eaters genuinely enjoy, so that means a lot to us. We’re also glad your delivery arrived quickly and on time! And we appreciate the feedback about opening the cartons — we’ll definitely keep that in mind as we continue improving the experience. We’ll be rooting for many more excited mealtimes ahead! 🐶💛 The Happy Howl Team 🐾
