Great…but the Packaging!
So our tiny Chihuahua and Dachshund seem to LOVE the food. My only complaint is the difficulty of opening the container (had to get my teenage son who has some grip strength!) and I wish they’d said to measure a quarter cup, half cup, etc when feeding because it’s hard to tell if I fed “a quarter of the box” since I can’t see through it. Next box I open I’m going to pour into a measuring cup to determine the volume of “a quarter of the box” and stick with that. It’s also hard to empty the box after it’s been in the fridge because it’s deeper than my hand and I really have to dig it out and get it all over my hands. Please re-think the packaging?

Hello, thank you for the feedback! We do typically include our "scooper pales" with each order - we try to make it as easy as possible for everyone to feed so we include the "eyeball guesstimate" ruler on the sides of each of our packaging. We do find using scissors to cut the perforated edge of the top is helpful for some customers. Unfortunately, the packaging and processing method is what keeps our food fresh and shelf stable for so long without any preservatives! Please let us know if we can help in anyway!
