Happy HowlWhere it started:Rocky changedeverything andI never set out to start a dog food company. My husky Rocky had the worst stomach on the planet. Years of vet visits, prescription diets, and hundreds spent on premium food brands. We tried everything. Nothing worked. So I decided to build it myself. 36 recipe iterations. Countless hours with vets and nutritionists. All chasing one question: what’s the best food we could possibly make for a dog? When we finally got it right, Rocky was the proof. He hasn't been sick in over 18 months. He runs three miles with me every morning. That's the standard every Happy Howl bowl is held to. Nothing less.Colin Buckley– Founder

From the ad it was pictured as 3 different meals I received 2 of the same, the grandma's beef stew which so far my dog does not like I would like my money back my dog does not like this food.

Thanks for letting us know! It sounds like there was a mix-up with your order. We’d love to make this right and get you the variety you were expecting. Our team can help replace the duplicate and send the correct meals so your dog can try all three flavors. Also, if your pup isn’t enjoying the Grandma’s Beef Stew, sometimes mixing it with a little water or broth can make it easier to eat. Please reach out to us with your order number so we can get this sorted quickly! [email protected].

not as great as it should be yet its the cost of the package that loses a star.. Just not able to see where 18 boxes of these one mealers is justified now that I see it in a box on my porch.

Thanks for sharing your thoughts! We understand that the cost can feel high. Happy Howl is made with 100% human-grade ingredients and carefully portioned to provide complete nutrition in every meal, which contributes to the overall value. We truly appreciate your feedback and hope your pups continue to enjoy their meals!

Noting bad about the company, my dog wont eat any of it and I tried the sample pak, he wont eat any of it.

Thank you for giving Happy Howl a try! We understand that every dog has unique tastes, and some pups can be especially picky. If your dog isn’t enjoying the sample pack, we recommend trying mixing a small amount with their current food or gradually transitioning to see if that helps. We appreciate your feedback and hope your pup finds a food they love soon!

I ordered and it never shipped. I had to tell them and they have dropped the ball in either returning my money or shipping the product.

Food is very good and it shows in our dog's overall health, but the price is too high. It would be fine if we had one dog or even two. As rescuers we have 11 dogs so the price tends to be a burden on the budget.
Response from Happy HowlNov 21, 2025
We’re so glad to hear that your dogs are enjoying Happy Howl and that it’s positively impacting their health! It means a lot to us to know our food is helping so many pups thrive. We completely understand that with 11 dogs, the cost can add up quickly. While our pricing reflects the quality of our human-grade ingredients and the nutrition your dogs receive, we know it can be a challenge for larger households. Some customers manage this by rotating Happy Howl with other meals or using it as a topper to stretch each container further, which can help make it more budget-friendly. We truly appreciate the incredible work you do as rescuers, and we’re thrilled to be part of keeping your pups healthy and happy!
