Happy HowlWhere it started:Rocky changedeverything andI never set out to start a dog food company. My husky Rocky had the worst stomach on the planet. Years of vet visits, prescription diets, and hundreds spent on premium food brands. We tried everything. Nothing worked. So I decided to build it myself. 36 recipe iterations. Countless hours with vets and nutritionists. All chasing one question: what’s the best food we could possibly make for a dog? When we finally got it right, Rocky was the proof. He hasn't been sick in over 18 months. He runs three miles with me every morning. That's the standard every Happy Howl bowl is held to. Nothing less.Colin Buckley– Founder

That’s wonderful to hear! It’s always such a relief when even the pickiest pups enjoy their meals. Happy Howl for the win!

We’re so glad to hear that! It’s wonderful when ordering and delivery are simple, and even better when the pups can’t get enough of their Happy Howl meals!

Ok. Super impressed by the level of customer service I received recently. My dog food was delivered to the wrong address and I had no luck retrieving the package.(at no fault of Happy Howl) They lead me through the correct steps to get my food replaced and just like that, easy peasy. My pups got their food replaced. Ok and about the food. The doggies love it and man their breath smells better and oddly so does their 💩.

Thank you so much for sharing! We’re thrilled our team could help get your pups’ food sorted quickly, and it’s even better to hear that they love every bite. Bonus points for fresher-smelling breath.

We appreciate your feedback and are glad to hear your dog is enjoying the food. We’re sorry to hear about your experience with customer service. that’s not the level of support we aim to provide.
