Mostly happy…
My experience has been fine and luckily she still likes the food but the price is a bit high so I may start shopping new places. I think loyal customers should get a break every once in a while. How about every 3rd delivery a discount??? Something would help….

My Springer Spaniel Daisy absolutely…
My Springer Spaniel Daisy absolutely loves Happy Howl. I love it to easy to store and no mess of having to defrost it.

My dog would not eat any flavor in the…
My dog would not eat any flavor in the sample pack despite following the included instructions on gradual feeding. Since there is a no return policy for sample packs I donated it to the animal shelter. I’m not sure they will eat it either. The best part about my Happy Howl experience was the free spoon and the cardboard box it came in. Sorry guys. This was an epic failure. Hard no for us.

Even with gradual feeding, some pups just don’t take to certain foods, and we completely understand your frustration. The sample packs
Max loved the sample pack, however I felt there was a lot of potatoes and rice. I also had a very hard time getting the food out of the boxes and opening the boxes. My hands don’t work as well as they used to and the box is very thick and stiff.

Order missing 60 boxes
I ordered the 96 variety box Jan 10. I received 36 boxes. Feb 2,2026 I ordered the 96 box again receiving 36 boxes. I’m now 120 boxes short. I’ve filed a complaint Feb 6,2026 received a ticket number. No response whatsoever. I’ve called and left messages, no return calls. My dog is now out of food and they want to process my next order March 6. My dog likes the food but the customer service is lousy. I will be cancelling the reoccurring order.

Our team as looked into your order history and it shows you purchased two 36 unit cases. One in January and one in February. This means you would receive 36 cartons per order not 96. If you would like to update your subscription to be a bulk pack of 96 cartons we are happy to do so!
