Happy HowlWhere it started:Rocky changedeverything andI never set out to start a dog food company. My husky Rocky had the worst stomach on the planet. Years of vet visits, prescription diets, and hundreds spent on premium food brands. We tried everything. Nothing worked. So I decided to build it myself. 36 recipe iterations. Countless hours with vets and nutritionists. All chasing one question: what’s the best food we could possibly make for a dog? When we finally got it right, Rocky was the proof. He hasn't been sick in over 18 months. He runs three miles with me every morning. That's the standard every Happy Howl bowl is held to. Nothing less.Colin Buckley– Founder

My Reeses really likes his new meals. I love that I do not have to load up my freezer. If power goes out Reeses still has his dinner. I am going to start my future shippments now.

We’re so happy to hear that Reeses loves his new meals! It’s great that the shelf-stable convenience gives you peace of mind too, no freezer space needed and no worries if the power goes out.

I don’t want to jinx it but I think my picky dog likes the lamb formula. She might get tired of it but I can always switch to another recipe. I do love that I don’t have to put this food in the fridge until it’s open!

We’re thrilled your picky pup is enjoying the Lamb formula. It’s great that you have the flexibility to switch recipes if she ever wants a change, and the shelf-stable packaging really does make life easier. Thanks for sharing your experience.

So far so good! New adoptee who is very food shy, even to the point of having zero treat drive. Barely ate the first 5 days when on what the shelter gave us. Slowly working Happy Howl into her diet and so far, she shows more enjoyment in her meal time. We have hope! Thank you for offering a sample pack. We have to change her diet slowly and this offers us a way to do so.

We’re so glad to hear that your new adoptee is starting to show more interest and enjoyment at mealtime. It’s completely understandable to transition slowly with a food-shy pup, and we’re happy the sample pack is helping make that process easier. Here’s to many happy, confident meals ahead, we’re rooting for her every step of the way!

We understand that every dog has their own preferences, and sometimes even nutritious food can be a tough sell for picky eaters. Introducing new flavors gradually or trying a variety pack can sometimes help spark interest. We appreciate you giving Happy Howl a try!

Great food for my pup, decent price and timely deliveries. Highly recommend! Plus they partner with my favorite dog sanctuary, BGLW!

My dog just walks over to his bowl, sniffs, and uses his nose to flip his dog bowl over. Then he snorts and will not go by his dog dish again. Once again? Another failure for dog food. He's a 14lb Shih Zhu, and he has turned over his dog dish four times now.

My dogs are picky eaters and today when I opened the beef stew box they went crazy. I have never seen them eat with such euphoria!!! After trying five other brands Happy Howl was going to be it; and I would keep giving them their medicated food. I am just waiting to see if their stools are normal.

We’re thrilled to hear your dogs went crazy for the Beef Stew, it’s always amazing when picky eaters finally find a food they love! We completely understand wanting to make sure everything settles well; it’s normal for stools to adjust slightly when switching foods, and it usually balances out after a few days.

The food sounds nutritious; however, my two dogs will not touch it.
