9 out of 10 stars
9 out of 10 stars. Shipping took a little longer to arrive than they said it would. So we just started adding it to our pooches' meals. We opened the beef stew. Not only did it smell 'good' to us hoomans (kinda like dinty moore stew), but the littles each sat at their dishes waiting ... hoping ... for us to put MORE down after they ate it all!

t sounds like mealtime was a hit, especially with them waiting (and hoping!) for seconds. Thank you for sharing your experience, and we appreciate your patience with the shipping timing. Your pups’ excitement makes it all worth it!

The unhappy growling
The Happy Howl package was not delivered to my home! Despite what the tracking system says. Where is my dog food? This is unacceptable! My dog needs her food ASAP!

The food was shipped on time
The food was shipped on time. It is just that I need to find a way that it is not so expensive. Because I still have boxes left Uber from my first order. So I don't know if I'm going to need the Whole30 6. So what is your next suggestion for my order? So that I don't have so much left over.

We’re glad your order arrived on time. We completely understand wanting to make sure you don’t end up with too much food at once. One option could be adjusting the quantity or spacing out your orders based on your pups’ serving sizes. You can do this by logging into your subscription or you can reach out to our support team [email protected].

Communications - poor/untimely response.
Communications were poor in response to the web site acting up and putting through TWO of the same order for THREE DOGS, so now I have 2 months' stock of food and it was a huge hit to my budget last month! Especially since I chatted on line with a live rep, explaining that I needed the second order to be canceled. She stated that HH SUPPORT would ensure that was done. Needless to say - IT WAS NOT. :-(

Zoey loves Happy Howl
Zoey loves Happy Howl. She has been struggling with some gastrointestinal issues and we have tried other food that caused stomach upset and slimy stools. She has been on Happy Howl for over a month now and no issues. We love giving her a healthy food that seems to have revolved her issues. Thank you Happy Howl!

It’s wonderful that she’s no longer experiencing stomach upset and that mealtime is enjoyable again. Thank you for sharing her success, it truly means so much to us!

My Golden Retriever
My Golden Retriever, had diarrhea each time I fed him any of the three flavors I received. Might work for others, but it didn’t work for him.

Every dog’s digestive system is different, which is why we always recommend a slow transition and feeding schedule when introducing new food. This can help prevent digestive upset and allow your pup to adjust more comfortably. We appreciate you sharing your experience and hope your pup is feeling better.
