Happy HowlReviews of thehappyhowl.com

My dogs love this food and do really well on it. I use it half-and-half with a good quality kibble and a little bit of warm water. I had one instance over the year I have been using Happy Howl where I had to contact customer service and they were incredibly helpful and I was very pleased. I have no hesitation in recommending this company to any other dog moms

Ordering was easy and delivered on time Making changes on my order was not a problem My dog likes the food! 👏👏Yay! She is extremely picky. I have tried 5 different fresh type foods and this one she eats and completely finishes. I’m one happy doggie mom! 😀😀

My dog has been on Doxycycline for the past few weeks and her appetite has been off, so I was holding off in using the trial pack. She has a tablespoon this morning and seem to like it. I was not happy that you automatically set me up on a subscription. I did push it out 3 months so time will tell if I will go forward with the food.

As always Steph was great in getting my issue resolved in a very timely manner. Always appreciate great customer service.

I have a dog she is very picky She loves her food that she licks the bowl clean

I bought the sample pack to just try out the product and see if the dogs liked it. I didn't see any statements when I bought it that a full subscription would start after that purchase…so eventually I was charged for food I didn’t want and it was shipped before I could cancel it. ORIGINAL STATEMENT: [I did not get an email saying it was about to be processed so I could have the opportunity to cancel it, or if I did it was absolutely not clear.] EDIT: Lookijng back in my emails, I *did* receive one email from Happy Howl that they were going to ship the order, however I missed it. And it was only one email, not several. Just really poor communication. When I reached out to ask about returning the product (cause I don’t wanna waste the food) I did not inquire about getting my money back. The first response was because I got the sample pack it couldn’t be returned, but normally Happy Howl has a 30 day return policy. I replied that I wasn’t trying to return the sample pack, I was trying to return the full subscription order that I didn’t know I was signing up for just by trying out the product. They responded saying because the food delivery is in a subscription, it’s not covered by the return policy. Which is troubling…the food is only on a subscription service - how does that return policy mean anything outside of random treats or toys from the online store? Regardless - when I was told I couldn’t get my money back, it still didn’t answer my question - can I return the food so it doesn’t go to waste? Or can I donate it to a shelter? They got back to me days later saying I could donate it. Long story already too long; y’all are getting two stars instead of one cause the food seems well made and the dogs like it; however being suckered into a subscription plan left an incredibly bad impression. We’ve gone elsewhere. Hope this helps.

My dogs really like this food but I LIKE IT even more as it keeps them healthy and active and alert! Food is medicine and my dogs never has issues that require a vet anymore! Delivery and subscription keeps it seamless and simple.
