My dogs have chicken allergy
My dogs have chicken allergy and don't have to worry about any chicken products in happy howl Even if labeled beef or lamb other brands often have chicken fat or broth in them --

The financial commitment is atrocious
The financial commitment is atrocious. Food delivers without orders, obliging you to pay for it, then when you want to set back the date of the next delivery, it is effective the very next day, adding another order to the previous one.

Happy Howl we love you!
Happy Howl, your customer service is the best - many top tier companies (even other pet food subscription services) don’t have human responses. It seems to me there is this unnecessary layer of bureaucracy or show craft when companies become successful. I had an issue of my own making and your people were attentive and came up with a solution and guided me through my next order and resetting the subscription service and changing email address…etc etc. They were actually folksy and considerate. I wish you were in just the customer service business because you folks could teach them all something pretty darned rare. This may be the age of AI, but sometimes it’s important to answer your phone and take your customer’s phone call. And you did! Oh, and my dog Scout is a huge huge fan of your food.

Great food.
My dog is really enjoying the food and I prefer that the food doesn’t have to go directly to the freezer.
