Great ingredients in easy packaging.
I was pleased by the careful packing and quick response time. I appreciated the ability to order a sampler and let my dog express his preference. The look, aroma and texture of the food is excellent. I’m using it to augment kibble. Our dog likes the lamb more than the beef, but hurries to the bowl for any flavor. The cost to feed this to a Great Dane as the sole nutrition makes a subscription unlikely. I will most likely order individual shipments as budget permits.

Customer service took a 2nd request to cancel my subscription. The food is okay but messy to get out of carton.

My Chihuahua Was Not a Fan
My 8 lb chihuahua did not like any of the flavors in the trial pack. Not sure why, but it did seem to be heavy on the rice/grains.

Thank you for giving our trial pack a shot. While it may appear otherwise, rice actually makes up only 8% of our recipes to help with digestion and ensure a balanced meal. We're sorry to hear the flavors didn't quite win over your chihuahua, but we appreciate the feedback!
