Happy HowlWhere it started:Rocky changedeverything andI never set out to start a dog food company. My husky Rocky had the worst stomach on the planet. Years of vet visits, prescription diets, and hundreds spent on premium food brands. We tried everything. Nothing worked. So I decided to build it myself. 36 recipe iterations. Countless hours with vets and nutritionists. All chasing one question: what’s the best food we could possibly make for a dog? When we finally got it right, Rocky was the proof. He hasn't been sick in over 18 months. He runs three miles with me every morning. That's the standard every Happy Howl bowl is held to. Nothing less.Colin Buckley– Founder

All 3 of my heelers love the 3 flavors they have been on it for 2 months
Response from Happy HowlJun 28, 2026
We love hearing this update, and we can't thank you enough for sharing it with us! Keeping a trio of heelers happy and excited at mealtime for two full months is a massive win, and knowing they enjoy the variety of flavors is the best feedback our team could ask for. Thank you for being such a great part of our pack!

I am a pensioner and this food is very expensive but I brought it twice until I found a better option. Unfortunately I forgot to cancel my subscription. I did NOT receive a 2 day warning of next delivery but on the day of sale I quickly notified them explaining. I have continued to beg for a refund but get 'its not our policy to refund.' Obviously had I received the warning notice I would have cancelled. Very unhappy as this has cost me my expenses for a month.

My dog LOVES Happy Howl! She’s a very picky eater and this is something she will eat. Her favorite is the lamb! Ordering is easy and when you subscribe, it’s even easier. It’s like a one and done. Also, out of all the fresh dog food plans I’ve tried, this was the most cost effective, which is nice for me! Great job Happy Howl!!

Thank you so much for the wonderful note! Winning over a picky eater is always a huge victory, so hearing that our lamb recipe is a total hit with your pup completely makes our day. We work hard to ensure our subscriptions keep mealtime effortless and cost-effective for pet parents, and we truly appreciate your support!

Im still waiting for my order to arrive! Thank you!
Response from Happy HowlJun 30, 2026
We appreciate you bringing this to our attention. It is always frustrating when a delivery doesn't make it straight to your door, and we apologize for the extra hassle of having to go pick it up. Since USPS manages the final delivery route, they generally drop packages off according to your apartment complex's standard mailroom or office procedures rather than delivering to individual doors. Thank you for making the trip to grab your box on Monday—we truly appreciate your support!
