My dogs love this food
My dogs love this food. It arrives quickly and packed nicely. The shelf stability is my favorite part of Happy Howl. I haven't ever had an issue and I have received several months of food for my dogs. I sometimes add a topper just to switch it up a bit.

A few months in and still going strong! Thank you so much for trusting us with your dogs' bowls season after season. We take a lot of pride in making sure our boxes arrive quickly and packed perfectly, so it’s awesome to hear your deliveries have been flawless. Also, high-five to switching it up with a topper! A little menu rotation keeps dinner exciting, and our pantry-safe recipes make it so easy to play chef. Cheers to many more years ahead!

Gave her the runs
It was fine for the trial batch, then it gave her the runs. Not sure what to do with this unopened box that just arrived.

We are so sorry to hear about the tummy trouble! Dealing with a sick pup is the absolute worst, and we completely understand being unsure what to do with an extra box when her stomach is acting up. Our clean, slow-cooked ingredients are very rich, which means some sensitive systems need a much longer, more gradual adjustment period. If you ever decide to try it again, a great trick is using the food strictly as a small meal topper mixed into her regular dry food, rather than a full separate bowl, to let her digestive tract ease into it. However, if you're ready to pivot away from it, that is completely okay. Since the food is safely shelf-stable and doesn't require freezer space, you can comfortably hold onto it for a bit, or even pass the unopened box along to a neighbor's dog who might love it. Sending lots of love to your pup for a quick recovery!

My boy Hank literally licks the bowel…
My boy Hank literally licks the bowl clean. Food looks just like picture on the box. Ingredient list is about the best I've ever seen. You have made such a fantastic product, and I can't thank you enough for that. Two thumbs and 2 paws up from the Reed House

A spotless bowl from Hank is the best feedback we could ever ask for! We are so thrilled that you love the clean ingredient list and that the food delivers on its promise right out of the box. Sending a massive thank you to everyone at the Reed House for being such an awesome part of our pack!

Its great my senior baby is loosing so…
Its great my senior baby is loosing so weight. I just wish it was a little cheaper. I can't afford a full month supply so I have to alternate with dry food. But its a good product

We are thrilled that your senior baby is losing weight and thriving! We also completely hear you on the cost and appreciate you being so upfront about it. Budgeting for fresh food isn't easy, but alternating it as a topper or half-and-half meal with dry food is a fantastic hack that still gives her a huge health boost. Thank you for loving her so well and for sharing your honest take with us!

My dog truly loves this food but the package is awful
My dog truly loves this food! She's been picky with other brands, but she cleans the dish right away each time. However, the packaging is horrible the food is sticky and is difficult to scrape out of the little box. Currently, I cut the box all down the side and open it completely. I've also thought about freezing it to see if it would slide out. I would recommend perhaps a tray with a lid.

A clean dish from a picky eater is amazing, but you shouldn't have to fight the packaging to get it! We completely understand how annoying it is to deal with that sticky scrape, and we appreciate you giving us your honest take. Your recommendation for a tray-and-lid design is excellent, and we are passing it directly to our product team. Thank you for helping us improve!

Two months of waiting, and he finally found the one! Puppies can be surprisingly tough critics, so hearing that he just had his biggest mealtime ever on day one is a massive win. We love that our fast shipping got the goods to your door right on time for his new favorite routine. Get ready for some serious puppy energy!
