Our dogs love happy howl food
Our dogs love happy howl food. I gave 4 stars because my shipments dont come with the storage bags, so we use the same on time after time. 2 bags that are include with every order are a no show. Send the storage bags

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us! We're thrilled your dogs enjoy the food, but we're so sorry to hear your storage bags didn't make it into your past shipments. We have made sure your subscription is updated so that storage bags are locked in for all future deliveries, beginning with your next scheduled order on August 12th. We appreciate your patience and your support of Happy Howl!

My Shih Tzu loves the food
My Shih Tzu loves the food. I think the lamb is his favorite. Not only do you take care of my dog you take care of me. When I had two subscriptions by mistake, you caught it and let me know that there were two subscriptions so that I could cancel one of them that’s a company I like to deal with. Thank you

Thank you so much for the lovely note! We truly care about our pet parents, and we're so glad we could catch that extra order for you. Knowing your Shih Tzu is enjoying his Lamb meals makes it all worth it. We're honored to have you with us!

Best customer service
Best customer service! Email in real time with their customer service dept - not a real problem, just my finicky dog turning up his nose to one flavor all of a sudden and I wanted to switch to a two flavor box. So nice & helpful

This absolutely made our day! Finicky pups keep us all on our toes, but we are always here to help you pivot whenever your dog changes his mind! We are so glad we could get your subscription updated to a two-flavor box seamlessly in real time. Thank you so much for the kind words and for being such a wonderful part of the Happy Howl family!

Thank you for your feedback regarding shipping times. We know speed is important when it comes to your dog's food! To share a quick timeline of your shipment: your order came in after operating hours on July 20th and was handed off to the carrier the following day, July 21st. It then arrived in 3 business days on Friday, July 24th. While standard transit times depend on local carrier schedules once packages leave our facility, we do our best to dispatch all orders next business day. Please let us know if we can help set up a future delivery schedule that works best for you!

My dog loves the food.
My dog loves the food, I love the convenience of not having to keep it frozen. If I had any complaints at all it would be that I run out before my next shipment arrives. Now that may be my fault I don’t know. But I feed her twice a day, one box per feeding.

Thank you for the wonderful feedback! We're thrilled your pup is enjoying her meals, and we can definitely help solve that gap between shipments for you. Right now, feeding 2 boxes a day uses up a 24-pack in 12 days, which is why it runs out just before your 2-week delivery arrives after accounting for transit time. To keep her bowl full without interruption, we can update your account to the 48-Bulk Variety Pack set to deliver every 3 weeks which is also a little more affordable per carton. This ensures you always have extra boxes on hand! If you'd like us to set this up, just give us the thumbs up and we'll apply it right in time for your next processing date on July 27th.

We're so sorry your pup wasn't an immediate fan! Picky dogs can sometimes be hesitant with new textures and recipes. A few quick tips that often work wonders are gently warming the food for a few seconds to enhance the aroma, or mixing a small spoonful into their current food as a topper to help them ease into it. We hope your pup gives it another shot with a warm mix!
