The four months of coverage you mentioned represents the number of months of rent protection your property required us to guarantee on your behalf for the full lease term. The policy helps renters get approved, but the property is the beneficiary of the coverage. Since this review was posted, your leasing office has confirmed the cancellation, and your refund can now move forward. To complete the process, we ask that you and your co-tenant check your email for our message asking you to confirm your preferred refund method. Once we receive that confirmation, we'll be able to initiate your refund. The funds should be in your account within 2–10 days, depending on your bank's processing times.
