First, I filled all the application details correctly. But when I added my roommate, my information was changed to his prior unfinished application for no reason. Correcting this was a nightmare. It was nigh impossible to reach a human as the phone number for a live person isn’t even listed on the contact us section and the AI support bots are next to useless and waste 5+ minutes of your time before finally opening a support ticket for a human. The first support person incorrectly stated that the address I requested to update our application to wasn’t a valid registered building, even though it is literally the address when you Google the building name. Someone eventually called me by phone and I missed it. When I called back, the next person had no idea why I’d been called, and proceeded to lie about the live support number being listed on the website when only the chat bots are. Then he backpedaled and said it was a common complaint that he’d bring up to the product team, but this mistake seems to be done on purpose. After that, I requested to cancel, but for some reason you can’t open more than one application?! So I had to go through this song and dance of waiting an hour or longer for each reply just to cancel and then to reopen. It took almost a week to fix an application back to the details i literally submitted it with. Ridiculous
