I can't use this gift card anywhere… ZIP CODE
I can't use this gift card anywhere because everywhere I have tried requires a zip code, and when I use my own, as it says on the website, it gives me an error and refuses the transaction. I have found 3 different phone numbers and there is ZERO way to speak to anyone alive. If you're thinking of giving someone a gift card using this company, DON'T because that person will never be able to access those funds or get help to do so. UPDATE: I've been able to load the card as a payment in Amazon. I tried to use it on Lane Bryant website (which did not ask for a zipcode but still rejected the transaction) I tried to add it as a payment method to Venmo - no dice. I tried to use it on IRS federal tax payment websites - both of them - rejected. I tried to report the problem to TheGiftCardShop - all phone numbers put you in the same vm phone tree and tell you to use the website. I tried to report the problem on the website, but they make you choose a transaction and the problem is I cannot make a transaction. I'll report back if I can use it on Amazon, but I guess I'd tell everyone to just give an Amazon gift card for all the frustration it's caused.
