I don’t recommend I receive a E-gift card by email on Mother’s Day. I can’t add to apple wallet, can’t use online or physical stores. I called customer service 4 time they all read the same script and refuse to let me speak with a manager $100 gift card useless that I could really use on things I need.

How do you speak to a human being for this site? Impossible! They put you on a loop of automated AI crap, and then drop the call if you don't choose anything. There's no way to speak to a human. I was given a $250 gift card, and I can't use it because it won't load to Google Wallet (and Google says I need to contact the vendor), and I can't find out how to have the physical card sent to me. So the gift card is useless, and there's no one to help me figure out why. What a scam this business is. NEVER BUY FROM THEM.

Do not trust this vendor. I purchased a online gift card and the merchant I tried to use it at would not accept. I called thegiftcardshop the next day after purchase and their support team said I could not get a refund for the purchase and would have to find a merchant who would accept the card. If I could give them zero stars I would.

I got a Visa gift card for my sister in law for Christmas. It came quickly and the gift card art looked nice. Process was simple.

DO NOT USE THIS SITE. IT'S A SCAM!!!!! If I could give a negative point I would. Purchased a $75 egift card for my son. He was able to use about $5 and then all of a sudden the card is no good. The company refused to make it good. They wanted personal information that I was not about to give. They would not put the money back on my card. Had to escalate a claim through PayPal to get results. Thank goodness for PayPal. DO NOT USE THIS SITE. IT'S A SCAM!!!!!

After multiple attempts to order a e-gift card. I contacted my financial institution and they had shared that there had been zero attempts to authenticate a transaction today. This is not the technical response I received from the Gift Card website. I then spoke to the customer service person, who was very nice, and after 35 minutes, he could not reach technical support as they were all busy. At that time, he said I would need to call back. I understand that teams can be busy and not readily available, but this is NOT customer service. I asked for him to take my number and have them call me back, when available. After some initial debate, I asked to speak with a supervisor. I was transfered and this individual ALSO tried to get a technical resource on the line. I have now been waiting 50+ minutes, with no return, and was just disconnected. This is horrible customer service. With today's technology, to put the responsibility on the customer to follow up when all they want to do is spend money with your company is appalling. 100% fail on my part and I wouldn't recommend this service to anyone..
