I made my purchase on blàck Friday and 2 weeks later I'm like where is my pipe?. After I emailed them I got nothing back for almost a week then my pipe showed up.It looks like a great tool but communication on or around a big sale could have been huge but at least I got my pipe thanks!.

I recently received your Bubbler Pro Kit and I love it. Wish I didn't have to buy it as a kit because the rest of the stuff besides the bubbler is useless to most people. I bought the Freezepipe earlier in the year and didn't care for it. Too much of a hit so you don't get the full cooling help. I think it needs some kind of restriction with either a smaller hole at the end or something inside to make it tougher to draw so you get more help from the freezing chamber. So my advice is skip the pipe and get a bubbler. You will love it.

My pipe resonated at the mouth peice only after 3 times of using it. Got it unclogged now but with a new pipe this should have not happened. Other than that I love it.
