Paid almost 100$ with express shipping 2 weeks before Christmas. Tracking label was created yet nothing has even been shipped for WEEKS! Unacceptable as they have my money already yet I received nothing. If I don't see a response or refund I'll fill credit fraud on Tuesday.

I bought a puffco peak from you guys a few weeks ago. I have used one before and I know how they work. This peak will not hold a charge. It's the worst purchase I've made this year. It would be fine if you guys just replaced it, but it's been about two weeks and you have yet to respond to the five emails I sent. I'm frustrated and fed up. I will no longer continue to buy your products or spread the good word about your company if you do not make this right!

I ordered on December 7th and still haven't received my order. Tracking says a label was created on December 9th. I emailed them And they responded saying saying that yes the label was created when I ordered it but that it was still in queue for the warehouse workers to pull and ship to me. I've tried emailing them 3 more times with no response. I wish I could give 0 stars!!

Terrible customer service and the shipping rate is not as advertised. I ordered my item the first week of December as a christmas gift. It is now December 28th and no response from customer service despite multiple emails. They do not offer a phone number to call. USPS has printed the label but not received the item, so who knows where it is. No movement in tracking since december 14th. I give them a zero for communication and shipping. Seems like a cool product but when shipping goes wrong and there no one to turn to for help, it feels like a huge scam! Who knows when/if I'll ever receive the product I purchased.

The time between order and actual shipment took almost 2 weeks from the date I received tracking information. Luckily I received the item that was intended as a Christmas gift on time. It was very tight window that could have been a big issue.
