Just DAAAAAAMN MAAAAAAN!!!! The cooking effect is where it’s at! It put a whole new taste to all the flavors. Now I got to go back and try all the ones I have already had to see what it really taste like, lol! Must try it!!

Had multiple shipments arrive broken, months later I finally have all the replacements I purchased and none are broken and I received no discounts or deals only “I’m sorry I’ll send another one that you paid for already”. Would have expected after so many breaks and so much time and hassle for customer service to be a little bit more than bare minimum.

Easy to order, glad they went with FedEx. The package was faster getting to my house. UPS drops it off at the post office and it adds extra time.

The shipping speed wasn’t an issue. It was very well packaged. Everything looks great, but my glycerin coil is leaking badly. I payed for the shipping protection and have emailed and texted them but gotten no response. Right now it’s a pretty paperweight. 😩 Update: TheFreezePipe contacted the shipping protection company and they purchased a new glycerin coil. It was shipped promptly and was fine. I’m raising my score to 4 stars for the prompt replacement. Why they initially shipped a leaking coil, I don’t know. The product itself is fantastic. There are regulatory/legal reasons TheFreezePipe does not except returns. ***Get the shipping protection***

Freeze Pipe shipped my order right out. I got updates along the way, and it arrived in good packaging.
