Everything was delivered great and the product is definitely the smoothest smoking experience I've ever had. I've had an issue where the bottom of my percolator broke out(Bong was not dropped or anything) and I've sent a message out to support. Hopefully, it was just a faulty piece and they can replace it. If the piece that broke gets replaced this is an easy 5 star purchase Edit: the freeze pipe team replaced the piece and all is great

Shipping process around Black Friday, there was a lack of communication for a week and then I got my notification that I was getting it almost two weeks after ordering…very disappointing in that sense. I have my pipe and I love it, I think the 2023 model is an almost flawless design. Exterior for sure, the interior needs work as it needs to be tilted downward to avoid inhaling wet brown tar onto your lips. Keep up the good work!

Waited two weeks for the product to come in which I assumed it would be worth the wait. Everything looked great from the box to the glass, I was very impressed. Upon closer inspection the glycerin chamber was leaking. I've been waiting now two weeks for a response from customer service. I've sent 4 emails now, this is unbelievable. Luckily I had shipping protection so hopefully they solve this problem and I get to experience there product like it was truly designed to be used.

Absolutely brutal customer service. They create a shipping label about a day after you place the order, but then it takes weeks for them to actually ship the product. What's worse, is they actually charge your card prior to shipping. That's cool, you can take my money but not get around to shipping the product. Customer service is useless. You deserve better than there amateurs. Update: the pipe I ordered lasted 3 weeks before I dropped it from a height of one-foot, which broke it into several pieces. I left a review at the Freeze pipe website, which they didn't post (this is why they have excellent reviews, they are hand-picked). Customer service emailed me and asked me how they could change my review to a 5-star and basically offered me a discount on my next order....like I would ever order crap from these people again.

Way too long to deliver and it doesn't really work. The draw is to fast to be cooled. Traditional ice bing works better.
