Incredible product but seem to have some issues in the ordering/ order fulfillment areas. It offered a product late in the checkout process which I agreed to buy but then it did not get put on the order. The other item I did order didn't make the order but the company fixed the problem as soon as I reported it.

My orders come timely, well-packaged and of great quality. I have purchased several pieces over the years and have always been happy and satisfied with them, and this Tornado bong has been no different. Excellent work! (I don't recall the exact date when I got this latest piece, sorry!)

Great customer service and great products. I have the freeze pipe and now the tornado bong, and I love them both. Had an issue with shipping on my latest order, but customer service was very quick to fix the issue. Highly recommend, and I will be buying more from them in the future.

The customer service guys are excellent! I got a killer deal on a replacement E-Nail after I broke mine while cleaning it. The new E-Nail is quick to temp and gives great tasting and ultra-smooth hits!

This pipe is very well made and I appreciate the cooling properties! I wish it held the cold just a LITTLE bit longer but I suspect that’s because I chose a smaller piece so there’s less glycerine. Overall a great experience, and I will definitely consider another piece.

Bong arrived on time and works, but after some use it becomes dirty and is very difficult to keep clean, while it looks fancy and impressive, actually not that practical for regular use. In addition I am outside of the US and was hit with a $100 import fee months later, not the distributors fault but wish it had been made clear when checking out.
