From setting your personal strategy to networking and interviewing, The Executive Job Search delivers the complete package. Molly's insights and approach are unique and invaluable in giving you an edge in this competitive market. The mix of "work on your own" and group sessions provides the flexibility you want and the camaraderie you need when in the job hunt. I highly recommend TEJS for any senior executive who is seeking their next role.

I was let go from the company I'd been with for almost 14 years, and I had been recruited into that role, so hadn't had to look for a job in 20 years. To say today's job search is a bit different is a drastic understatement. I was very overwhelmed with just the task of updating my resume. Luckily, I came across one of Molly's ads a few days later and joined a webinar that day. I knew immediately that Molly and her program were what I needed to launch my job search! I immediately dove in to the modules, putting in the work to figure out what my next role looked like. The resume template was a lifesaver, making it easy to create a fantastic resume. The interviewing and networking modules were very helpful, preparing me for the few interviews and networking events that I took part in. The Facebook group is also a fantastic resource. In fact, I'm happy to say that a connection made through the Facebook group is what ultimately helped me land my new role. If you are on the fence if Molly's program is right for you, or if you keep saying "I'll give it a try on my own and then we'll see", just jump in. Get the program. Put in the work. I was on the job market for 2.5 months, and I know that Molly's program played a big part in me finding my next role so quickly.

Molly has an excellent program & "smart questions" for her clients to use in networking and interviewing. I was very pleased with what I learned, and she provided superior guidance and insight into a role I was interviewing for.

Excellent & relevant content. Molly is very professional, super helpful, and always responsive.

Finding new position is challenging. TEJS is a great help. It consists of a combination of videos and worksheets combined with group sessions and personalized help. Molly's helpful tips and advice (as well as the network) around the job search and mindset coaching is a huge help with the process.

In going through Molly Wendell's Executive Job Search program, I have gotten so much out of her program. Molly's approach to executive job searches is unique and with her aggressive style, she builds up the confidence within you and your job search. Her thought provoking monthly coaching goes above and beyond what goes into spearheading your job search. She helps unlock new job frontiers that you may not be thinking about and helps to align your talents with what companies are looking for. Molly is very familiar with what is in demand in a very fast moving business world. Her programs have saved me a lot of time in areas where I was wasting time on my traditionally common job searches that everyone else is doing. With all of the new techniques that I have learned from her valuable video library, my old lengthy job searches have been cut in half AND have found more rewarding results as well. I definitely recommend anyone thinking about a modern day job search to enroll in Molly's program, you won't be disappointed!

Finding a job is not easy. Molly and The Executive Job Search (TEJS) program makes it a little bit easier and allows you to focus on what will really find the job that will make you happy. The TEJS program includes a well-organized group of videos to walk through how to provision yourself, look for the correct potential companies and network with the right people. Each step has a worksheet where you need to evaluate what will fit you the best. Along with the videos, Molly has 3 live sessions every month - Office Hours, Group Coaching and Deep Dives which really dig deeper into your individual questions and helps clarify the steps in the videos. TEJS includes a community for Q&A and the feedback from others in the program often comes in very valuable. The only critique I would have is sometimes it does take a little while for Molly to answer individual questions in the chat. It is best to bring those up during the live sessions.

Molly Wendell’s Executive Job Search program is unparalleled. She provides practical, actionable guidance, candid coaching and a community of support during the search process. The course delivers easy to follow, online tutorials focused on how to approach your search in today’s challenging market. She also hosts and records live feedback sessions that provide invaluable insights. Her perspective on developing and asking Smart Questions during the interview process is a game changer driving incredibly valuable discussions. Engage with Molly, this program and the network for the direction and support you need to advance your career and land your next executive role.
