The Executive Job SearchReviews of theexecutivejobsearch.com

This is an excellent program, especially for executives who have not searched for a role in many years. It requires a lot of work so you need to commit time and effort to maximize the benefit. Molly is a great coach who is very engaging and approachable. Her guidance is spot-on and she will steer you towards the actions that will maximize the return on your search efforts. This program totally changed my approach to my job search. If you are not seeing the outcomes you are expecting, then this is the program for you! I highly recommend it!

I am so blessed I discovered this program early as I'm thinking about what is next for me. It is surely a gift to myself. I immediately stopped my online job search and pivoted to doing the hard work and following Molly's coaching advice. It gives me peace of mind and is allowing me to build the confidence I need to make this my last search ever.

The structure of the overall program is very well laid out to cater with intent to the different stages in the job search journey. The individual lessons are well-designed and impactful. Job search requires hard work and I particularly liked that Molly did not make false promises. In order to reap the benefits of the program, it is important to put in the work Molly describes in each lesson and interaction. No matter what stage in their job search journey one is in, there is something to learn from each lesson to get better and do better. Most importantly, for me, some of the learnings were eye-openers and are for life.

If you haven't been in an active job search in the last couple of years, then you need to know the rules have changed and Molly's program will help you transition to the new playing field. Molly is down to earth and will help you navigate your search with a lot of insight and advice to ensure you are on top of your game. Some of her coaching may be tough to hear, but, when you look around at her coaching sessions and deep dive sessions you quickly learn you are not alone. I'll leave my review with this last statement...you will hear that you need to network. While you THINK you have a network, you will quickly find out you do not. Molly's program will help you navigate through that huge obstacle. If you are reading this and in an active job search, best wishes and I hope you land that dream position soon!

Molly provides clear direction onhow to take the correct steps for landing an executive position. After 14 months of job searching, reaching out to recruiters, posting my resume, and appliyng with little to no response, I secured three networking meetings within my first 2 days. The lessons are great! I aprticular enjoy the networking modules and Smart questions. It is an easy way to connect with people and ge tthem to talk about themselves and walk away loving you! Networking was my weakness, it is now my new found love! This is an excellent course!

No hype (no 'ick' factor), a clear and necessary process, constructive and valuable feedback, solid advice and no room for ego or skipping essential tasks.

Molly's course is a game changer! Not only for the job search, make making the class look inside themselves for whom they are and what makes them happy. Also, building networking skills is invaluable. These skills that help you land the right job also serve you well in growing your business, growing personally with new people, and growing resources for future needs.

Some of what she teaches is common sense, some of it is all the things you know you should be doing but are not. And then there is the hard stuff. Really strip away the noise and follow her directions to land those interviews. It doesn’t matter how great you think you are or if you have issues to overcome. If you’re willing to do the work and do what she says the program will work for you. If you’r looking for someone to do the work for you, to pamper you or coddle you, Molly is not the way to go.
