The Executive Job SearchReviews of theexecutivejobsearch.com

The Executive Job Search Program is Practical, Executable and User Friendly. Personally, I hadn’t had to look for a job in last 20 years and approach to job search has changed significantly. What I like most about the program is that it laid out in a very executable manner where you start out with on-line tutorials which guide you in a very practical manner of how to approach your job search in a very user friendly and intuitive manner. Looking for a job is a job in itself, and program essentially lays out all the tasks of your job which is then supplemented with monthly couching and office hour sessions if executed properly with appropriate level of time commitment will easily provide fruitful results.

I am immensely grateful for the exceptional assistance in securing a job that aligns perfectly with my skills and aspirations! This experience has brought unparalleled joy and a sense of genuine appreciation—something I hadn't felt in over two decades. Despite receiving multiple offers, I trusted your recommendation. I made a decision I am thrilled with, even though there was a slightly higher-paying alternative. Thank you for guiding me towards a company that truly values my contributions.

Wow is all I have to say! Molly’s course flips the entire job search process on its head, in the best way possible. Molly’s course is a fully comprehensive and easy to follow framework for the job searching process from start to finish. From networking and positioning my LinkedIn profile and resume, to prepping smart questions and nailing the interview, Molly’s course does not miss a beat. The most important takeaway for me was how to frame the interview process by asking smart questions. Why would I wait around for the hiring manager to ask me the same boring questions when I could get the necessary questions answered for myself. An interview is not one sided. I want to know if the prospective company is the right fit for me! Molly’s course makes you think about all of the right things when it comes to the interview process. Asking smart questions that will show your intelligence while helping you determine if the prospective company is a fit is genius. I had an interview two weeks ago and employed Molly’s methods. It was the best interview I’ve ever had. The best part? The entire interview consisted of the hiring manager answering a myriad of my smart questions. By the end of the interview he asked me one question and that was around next steps. I’m now in my fourth and final interview. I cannot stress enough how important it is to take Molly’s course. Regardless of whether you are actively looking for a career switch or not, take Executive Job Search. You will not regret it!

Molly is spectacular. A trusted resource for any executive whether looking for their next position, evaluating career pathing, and in need of mentorship in the areas of finding and achieving future opportunities. The materials you have access while working with her are incredibly valuable and allow anyone- no matter their career field to hone and build their strategy and tactics for their career development and finding and securing future positions. She is the real deal.

It's been quite a while since I've been in a job search and I'm glad I found The Executive Job Search to help me navigate this new terrain. Molly is approachable, knowledgeable about many industries, and provides super practical, spot-on advice regarding all stages of the job search process. I honestly wasn't sure I'd like the structure of the program, but have grown to love it, with short, video modules to watch on your own time (and to rewatch as many times as you need), support and advice via an online community and also a few monthly group calls for deeper dives into topics and more robust personalized feedback. Although there are exercises to help you clarify your career aspirations, don't expect personal/life coaching...this program is specifically targeted to positioning yourself for a successful job search right now, and it's highly effective, especially if you're contemplating a career shift. As others have said, you need to put significant work in and be ready for feedback that may be hard to hear (but what you NEED to hear) to help you land a job that makes the highest and best use of your talents and experience.

Molly's framework offered a new approach and helpful structure in which I could consider creating a pathway, even in a more mature career, and while being in a current role. Most importantly, her unique way to approach interviews and networking made me rethink my search strategy, and renewed my passion for meeting great people during a career transition.
