0 Stars if I could. This company owes me $651.95 for merchandise that was returned within the same month. They used bait and switch tactics. I purchased the gowns I wanted and then received a call several days later that they were out of stock. They convinced me to try a different style. The gowns arrived too late because of the delay with the originals being out of stock. I requested a refund within 5 business days (it was over the Thanksgiving Holiday) and was told I was outside of the window to receive a refund, so I opted for the credit which I really didn't want. My Return Authorization is #225748. and I was supposed to receive the credit 3-5 days after they received the inventory. I never received any credit. I was told that I need a tracking number for them to now if I ever sent back the gown. For some reason they do not keep track of inventory in their warehouse, even though they likely restocked the gowns I sent back and possibly sold them again. The tracking number was not disclosed as a requirement. I have tried for nearly a year to receive a refund or credit (I really do not want to get caught in a scheme again and feel like I deserve the refund after all this time - especially with their initial delays and bait-and-switch). Inexcusable. I will continue to try to get my money back.
