Absolutely yummy chocolate! It feels so good to indulge in something so delicious while knowing I’m putting wholesome ingredients into my body. Sweetened naturally with dates, it’s pure guilt-free goodness! The customer support team is exceptional, too. I had a small hiccup with my delivery, and they handled everything so smoothly. Wonderful product and wonderful service!

Great customer service. I’ve reached out to the support team via email on a weekend and got a reply within the same day. Most times I rarely ever receive a response to my inquiry on a weekend. Daniella was really great and has helped with a replacement of my order. I had inquired because it has been about 2 weeks since I’ve ordered my bars, but there were no updates on my tracking. She was able to send me a replacement order since it seems the postal office has lost the package. I am looking forward to hopefully receive the bars this time around because I am very excited to try them! Thank you, Daniella! :)

Customer service is spot on! Product is so good without a bunch of garbage ingredients! So refreshing! A chocolate to be enjoyed with presence of mind that clean eating can be delicious too!

I have been enjoying all the flavors for many months. I like the way the chocolate bars do not shoot my sugar level up and I trust their healthy ingredients. On the rare occasion that I had experienced an issue with a delivery or their website, I have found that their customer service was prompt and caring.

My rating is based on the quality of the product - 5 and the that of the customer service, including delivery - 2. I have had 3 subscription deliveries. The latest delivery date was posted on the The Conscious Bar's website to be Sat. 19th. Because I live in the desert, I stayed home to grab it asap as delivered. Then delivery was delayed until Sunday, another day at home waiting. I got a message that On-Trac was unable to deliver because of insufficient info. It was finally delivered Monday, the 21st. So, 10 bars of chocolate took 5 days from order date to cover 600 miles. Meanwhile, the order promised a free bar to try; it wasn't included in package. I have sent the company 2 emails and no response. I have two other food delivery services and know that this experience is not typical of what one expects from a quality supplier of high-end products. I am both disappointed and sorry to have to cancel my subscription.
