I love how pure and simple your chocolate bars are made. Perfection. My taste buds however do not tolerate the 71% cacao. It is simply too bitter for me. If I can return most of them I really would appreciate that courtesy from your company. I tried three bars and had hoped one would be less bitter but sadly no luck. I suspect they will all be too bitter for me. I purchased many. Respectfully, an honest customer.

Although the chocolate is very good, I will be a "one and done" buyer due to deceptive advertising and poor customer service. I purchased on a buy 10, get 10 free promotion... Only I was charged full price-$10/bar. I immediately e mailed and sent message via instagram. No response. Sent additional e mailed, am now contesting through my credit card company. I later saw multiple people comment on IG about being ripped off.

This took FOREVER to arrive, over three weeks. I never expected it to take so long. (I live in Hawaii, and ground shipping is not the way to go for food items) When I contacted the company, they said they don't accept returns. Disappointed with the customer service.

The candy bars are delicious! The price is outrageous though. I refuse to pay $10 for a candy bar. I tried them on a buy1 get1 deal and that was the max for me.

These seem quite expensive for what you get. Not something I would say I would make a regular. Maybe a treat from time to time.

I loved the taste of all 6 bars I received and I love the healthier ingredients, but I’m sorry, there just isn’t any chocolate bar that small worth $10 each. 100% bigger, maybe I could see paying that, but for the average Joe middle-class consumer, it’s just too expensive. Sorry guys. Great product, but too expensive for the quantity.

I would LOVE to try these bars! I ordered them twice but the delivery company that they hire to deliver is not a good company to trust for deliveries. The driver could not find my office which is a HUGE building in the middle of town. Waiting now for the company to give me my money back since both orders were sent back.

I like the concept--using dates instead of sugar and only a few pure ingredients with no added preservatives or fillers. But the pricing is over the top, and the bars are tiny. At only 50 grams, pressed flat, the skinny bar doesn't even fill the oversized cardpaper wrapping--which is an attempt to make it appear more substantial. Many high quality chocolate bars are two or three times the weight at half the price or less. As to flavor and mouthfeel: I like the dark cocoa intensity (especially with the Orange Blossom), but the texture is quite chalky and hard. Does not melt in your mouth.
