My chocolate bars arrived melted and bloomed. it was not a good experience and the chocolate definitely tasted bad.

Received my order melted and un-edible. Disgusting, actually. Contacted them via the email on their website with photos showing they had melted in transit. 100% ignored. Tried to put the charge in dispute and they fought it. Highly recommend AVOIDing this company & product. Shredded $100

My chocolate was left in 103 degree heat by FedEx and ruined. I reported this to both FedEx and Conscious Bar, and neither responded to me. I don’t know what the chocolate tastes like, because it is covered in white and completely misshapen after being left in the hot sun and melted.

It was a love affair at first taste, really excellent clean chocolate bars, a great find. I’ve turned all my friends onto your bars as well and everyone really likes them, But this is about the fourth time you all have asked for a review. I put a lot of energy and thought into the first three but enough is enough, Thanks for the excellent chocolates but my advice….go easy on your customers.

I contacted them about 2 melted shipments and they said they would replace them right away. then they started asking several questions like verify the address, then it was send us pictures, etc. They never did replace the items. They need to change their packaging when shipping to warm climates. It never sat outside it all happened during transit. too bad the bars are great. customer service not so much!

I think you have crossed a threshold of human consumption by using 70% cocoa. The first bite is a bit of a shock and the aftertaste is bitter and lingering. I bought 20 to give as gifts, but I cannot do that. People will think I hate them or it is a very bad joke, You can replicate the taste by placing a teaspoon of cocoa powder in your mouth. I do not recommend these and I am on a severe carnivore diet with no carbs or sweeteners of any kind for 3 years now.

I ordered 22 bars and they sent me 21. I emailed and left messages and no one ever responded. Terrible customer service. Will not order again.
