The City Case, Inc.Reviews of thecitycase.paris

Buying City Case for Paris in US saved cost of conversion dollars to Euros, delivery to our home in US before the trip so we could use if from the airport, and emergency service in Paris when we lost a voucher and they immediately e mailed a PDF version that we could use. Nice options for services and duration offered and very helpful maps and materials sent in an envelope easy to carry everything together. Would use it again and also recommend to others

The City card arrived promptly and I used it in many places. I could not believe, looking at the lengthy line-ups in Paris, why everyone would not have one. It greatly simplified my time in Paris.

Loved having everything already done! Didn't have to wait in long lines which saved us so much time! I would do the Hop-on-Hop-off bus for sure again, had 2 days for our 6 days there, it was wonderful!

Nichola was a great tour guide. We appreciated your wit and fun.

The city case was a huge savings in time and lines. I would recommend it to anyone traveling to Paris.

All-in-all I have no real complaints with The City Case. We purchased both the Museum Pass and the Paris Pass and saved us time and headaches for access to museums and transportation. If pressed to say anything detrimental I'd have to say that our nine (9) day stay in Paris wasn't long enough to realize the full benefit of the Museum Pass for the cost. Don't get me wrong, it's worth it but more so because we didn't have to stand in line for tickets at most places. I feel like we paid for the convenience and maybe a little less for the quantity of places we could go to. Plan your activities carefully to determine how many days you want access. We ended up with 5, 3, and 1 day tickets for the Paris Pass but not really a big deal. the Museum Pass starts from the first day used and must be used on consecutive days but, again, not a big deal. Our activities allowed us to do everything we had planned and use the passes easily and conveniently. Overall, it's a good choice to ease the experience which is good to begin with.

Found the services of The City Case to be an excellent way to arrive in the city prepared for local travel and sightseeing. We have already recommended them to others who have visited Paris subsequent to our visit.

the entire process was painless fast and easy
