We went to some smaller museums that we may have ignored if we didn't have the museum pass - - and they (the smaller museums) were terrific. I really loved the boat ride on the Seine - overall - I was really glad that we got the museum pass/transit package before the trip.

We bought the museum pass and the underground pass. The museum pass was good though it didn't get us out of standing in enormous lines in France and there were a few places or exhibits that it didn't cover - read the fine print. The underground pass was definitely worth it. We never worried about coins or fares to anywhere even Versailles. Just walked through. Make sure you order it in advance of your trip.

Good value for what u get. Customer service was weak, did not respond back to emails or phone calls informing the company that we hadn't receive our passes until I threaten to cancel my order. Very frustrating. Otherwise all are passes worked as expected.

I very quickly got all the important information about what passes were/weren't needed for me and my 11-year old son. And delivery was speedy!

We got the city pass for Paris. It was a really great help. It worked out perfectly for us. It took out lots of the confusion on where to buy tickets and for where we needed to go for the different attractions and the exchange of money. It also help with budget, with this we new everythiing we wanted to to was paid for long before our trip so what ever spendiing money we took was for us to eat and play.

I searched on line for awhile for the best deals to touring Paris.... It can be very confusing ,but once I found The city Case, my decision was made. The site is easy to use and the cost was better too! Delivery was on time, as promised. I would recommend The City Case and I hope that when I travel again , The city case will have packages available for my next destination!

Ordered my City Case on short notice (less than 2 weeks from departure) and they delivered. I did my research late on what passes I should buy in advance but with City Case I was able to secure all of them for my family of 5. And the presentation, like small passports, was a great touch. Our trip to Paris was a dream fulfilled! Thanks City Case.
