I only liked 1 out of 4 pictures I sent in. I gave them 2 stars because I do truly love the one and they at least "tried" to fix the other 3 but failed to do so successfully, ignoring what I asked specifically to be fixed... then completely ignored me as I continued to try to resolve the issues, leaving me feeling very frustrated. I was left feeling really disappointed because this could be a great thing if they actually put in more effort.

The photo I sent was from 1989. I was lucky as it was very clear and good quality. I scanned it at the highest resolution possible which I think may have contributed to my result being better than some others have experienced. My Uncle's Mum and Dad had an arm around each other. He lost them quite young and close together. The video I got was of them embracing. I'm blown away. The quality is off the chart. My Uncle was deeply touched. I will absolutely be using the service again. Thank you!

I am so happy with my wee video! Lost my Dad in 1979 and my Mum in 2005. The photo was from the 70s and it’s amazing to see them together! Played 1000x over.

I think I believe the negative reviews more than the positive . I think the advertising material is modern and and static pictures taken from them and made to look old. Everything reversed to make you think they can make unrealistically sharp and natural videos.

The original photo was changed to reflect the ‘new’ characters in the video clip. I watched a vaguely recognisable pair of people from clothes and hair but not the two in the photo sadly. Rather made me sad & disappointed than happy and I won’t watch again. Maybe I was expecting some sort of modern technology miracle but this felt a little shabby albeit clever. In addition, I suspect my email address has been hawked as all of a sudden getting loads of new type of spam when thus is the only new thing I’ve done in a very long time.

I sent in a picture of my Mother and I. I received my video within 48 hours. The video looked good UNTIL they had my Mother smile. Her smile was over exaggerated and inhuman!!!! I gave detailed instructions and requested her smile to be fixed. Olivia sent the video back a couple days later. It was a totally different video which I loved more than the first but whomever decided to create a hairstyle and add a ponytail to my Mother’s hair. NOWHERE in the picture I sent is she wearing a ponytail. Once again, I gave detailed instructions of what I wanted. All I wanted was the SAME (2nd) video WITHOUT the ponytail. A couple days later, I received the exact same video as the first which had the correct hairstyle and over exaggerated smile! I felt like I was talking to an undisciplined child who was not listening.

I have ordered 2 videos from this company and was extremely pleased with how quickly they arrived and how cool the videos were. I got one of myself and my late husband and I absolutely love it, and watch it a lot!!
