They turned a simple photo into a Wonderful memory of a great time in London where one of our friends died a week later. It made it very special and tastefully done ❤️

I really liked the first photo that was transformed into a video, so I decided to order a second one.. I received a reply to say that they were unable to produce a video for my order. I have requested a refund. I’m still waiting but don’t hold much hope of getting my refund. Overall 2 stars

I was very happy with the 2 videos that I requested. However , when I checked my bank I noticed they had taken an additional amount of £8 . I wrote to them asking why and could they please credit the additional monies paid in error. They tried to force me to submit a further photograph to justify this additional money . I advised that I didn’t want an additional picture , and that this payment been taken incorrectly. I asked them again to credit the money and they have now stopped all communication. I would advise everybody to think twice before giving this company your bank details .

Was hesitant initially. When the email came through so promptly, I was excited to download the photo video. a Boy I was so overwhelmed with what I opened, that I became emotional. It was beautiful, its a pity the clip is so short. Is it possible to lengthen? I sent 4 more photos immediately and received all 4 within hours. Loved all of them. Highly recommend this wonderful business they knew exactly what to do to make me smile.

The conversion from photo to 10 second video was so sensitively done, sympathetic and realistic, and now I have something very beautiful and precious. Thankyou thecherishedmoment.com
