I found this through a facebook add, and thought what the hell, I'll give it a go. My mum died 10 years ago, and I had a favourite photo of the two of us from when I was a toddler. The video exceeded expectations. I was thinking it may be creepy, as so many AI things are, and I thought it would not quite look like us, but it is absolubtly top notch. I've watched it about 1000 times and I only got it yesterday. It's really a beautiful thing to have. Thank you so much!

I saw this company as a Facebook ad and then checked it on trust pilot to see only 3 reviews. I was super dubious and thought it was probably a scam, but at such a cheap price I thought I’d take my chances. I got my video within the specified 15 hours (I paid extra to have it done quickly) and there were a couple of details that weren’t quite right. I messaged them back and explained and asked for some changes to be made. I heard back from customer services quickly and they said they would make the edits. After a few days I hadn’t heard anything so I emailed again to prompt them and they explained there had been issues making it as I wanted it so asked me to submit a new photo- I sent a slightly different version of the same image. Within an hour I had the revised video and it was brilliant, they had implemented all the changes requested. My mum was overjoyed when I sent it to her as a gift, saying they had captured her late mum perfectly. Cannot rate this company enough and I’ll absolutely be recommending to everyone and purchasing from them again.

I was so impressed with the first picture that I placed an order for a second (and will probably order more). The service received was of the highest quality, I had a problem with a link and Olivia responded quickly and soon rectified it. The videos arrived promptly and are great quality. The price is also more than reasonable. Very happy customer and will be recommending to all my friends.
