I used Cherished moments for the first time this week and I can not explain in words how extremely happy I am with the finished video. They have turned an old family picture into a magical video memory and I am very grateful for how the cherished moments team helped support my enquiry throughout the whole process. I would strongly recommend to anyone considering using them and I will definitely be a return customer very soon.

SCAM ….. This company is a scam. Ordered x2 videos and although I did receive them, they looked nothing like the people in the photos. I asked for them to be redone only to receive exactly the same videos back. Also sent numerous photos so they could get it right and I have been completely ignored by a lady called Olivia. They also sent me a video of some random couple, obviously sent wrong video. Every time I emailed them, I got a robot response as word for word was the same every time so I’m sure the customer service lady isn’t a legit person. Sent numerous emails to complain and now they are not even responding despite paying for x2 videos. You have been warned….

I sent a photo of my husband’s family at a wedding in the 70’s. He lost his mum in 1983. I’m very happy with it, it arrived on time and looks lovely. Just wish the video could maybe slowly play forwards and then maybe backwards to take it from 9 seconds to 18 seconds and lengthen it out a little 🥰

I ordered from this company on the 18th March 2025, paid £8, opted to receive the content after 72hrs...its now the 30th March and I've received nothing......don't waste your money....

After reading all the wonderful reviews decided to send a picture of my parents How disappointed I was nothing like them I wasted my money rubbish

Excellent customer service from Olivia and really pleased with my video. Makes a wonderful surprise gift and I now plan to send them for special occasions, instead of a card.
