We went there for Father's day brunch and couldn't get the table we requested despite plenty of open spaces. Less staff was the excuse. The waitors didn't know prices of the side items. A booth they sat us at had a broken bench-back which fell on my son-no excuse for that. All of the menus had food caked on them. The portions are big but one of the dishes we ordered didn't come out right and had to be sent back to be remade. The manager didn't come by and do anything to try and make it right. The Grand Lux (same company) is newer, nicer, and a much better value for the money.

One of the worst service I've ever had
One of the worst service I've ever had. Had a reservation and checked in 25 minutes early for the reservation and wasn't seated for 30 minutes after the reservation time. Sat at my table for 15 minutes before anyone ever even acknowledge I was sitting there. 10 more minutes before we ever offered anything to drink. Waited 10 more minutes before we got three pieces of bread that were hard as a rock. Waited an additional 15 minutes before our order was taken. And another 30 minutes went by before my food ever arrived. I ordered mashed potatoes with my food and got French fries when they exchanged it for the mashed potatoes they came out cold and sticky. The server didn't act like he wanted to be there and showed that by throwing the bread plate onto the table instead of placing it. Food had obviously been sitting under the hot light for quite some time as the bread on my role was hard as a rock. We will never return to this Cheesecake Factory in Las Vegas again.

Cheese Cake Factory (Downtown Seattle)
The Cheese Cake Factory in Downtown Seattle has delicious cheese cake, some of my and my sister's favorites are the white raspberry truffle and key lime cheese cake, but they are pricey. Some of our favorite meals are Pasta Da Vinci, which is usually good, but sometimes the sauce is watered down or too spicy. The Louisiana Chicken is good, but sometimes it can be too dry. The Pepperoni Flatbread is good, but sometimes it can be a bit burnt, the same goes for The Fresh Basil, Tomato and Cheese Flatbread. The Fettucine Alfredo with Chicken is okay, but the chicken could be better. They usually give you free bread and butter with your order, but although I like the free French bread it is kind of hard. I like the fact that they have a variety of items on their menu, thus it's more likely that you'll find something that you like, which is rarely the case in Seattle. Many restaurants in the Seattle area are for those with a specific/acquired taste. There are more Seafood, Asian, Mediterranean, Indian and Middle Eastern restaurants than there are Americana, Italian and Barbecue restaurants for example. Before Covid19 they could get very busy, especially in the evenings and during tourist season. Nowadays few people eat in, most people order online or pick up their order. They can take a bit longer to prepare your food, I'm not sure why that is, perhaps it's due to the number of online orders they may get, however they worked together with DoorDash before Covid19 and as I said they no longer have lots of people eating in the restaurant. Despite this The Cheese Cake Factory is a good place to go when few options are available.

Order # 1800649503 and # 2041532192.
I've ordered the Pasta Carbonara twice now in the last few weeks and both times it was very oily! This dish was marinating in grease! I don't know who the cook is, but for the love of god, use cream or some other ingredients!! This 2nd time, I also ordered a caesar salad and they saturated the salad in so much dressing that the croutons were soggy!! Everything was inedible and a complete waste of $18.50 x 2!!!!!!

We went for dinner last Saturday at the…
We went for dinner last Saturday at the Town Square location in Southlake, TX. It was my husband, Me, and our 2 daughter. Our server was Britian. From the beginning, he was rude and unfriendly. When we asked him for something he would not respond, roll his eyes, and walk away. He was waiting on tables near by as well. After waiting, when my husband called him, he turned around ignored us and started to walk away. So my husband called him "sir," a little louder to get his attention. He threw his hands up in the air and kept walking away. We got the general manager, Steve, who seemed to care less and never apologized about the whole situation and how rude and unprofessional the server was. We were assigned to another waitress, Dina, who was one of the managers. She gave us better service. But we will not be returning back to Cheese Cake Factory. You guys have poor service and the staff is rude, unfriendly, and unprofessional. The management seemed to care less about the customers as well.

Above and Beyond!
I usually don't write reviews, but the food and service was Outstanding! (And ppl always write the negative) 2 wks ago, my daughter had a 9th bday family gathering set for 15ppl. It ended up being 20 and the manager Scott pleasantly accommodated EVERYONE! The waitress had a cast on her foot and she moved faster and served food/drinks quicker than I have ever witnessed and we go to dinner often! I mean it was impeccable! She did not miss a beat, all orders were correct, and she even had time for short convo in between! (Her daughter's bday was the same as my daughter's) Kuddos to the Beachwood Ohio location! They are on point. I'm so happy my daughter's bday dinner turned out wonderful! I really could go on, but I won't lol... They just really warmed my heart with their kindness. (Smile)
