I spoke with John yesterday online and I'm still waiting for a response, I don't recommend Care MD. My experience was a BIG waste of time

Fast and easy. Received the treatment that I was needing.

A lifesaver! After fighting to get antibiotics it was super easy to get what I needed through this site.

My experience was horrible. They dropped the ball in ordering my prescription. The pharmacy I originally put down would have closed by the time they put in the order. I changed the pharmacy with the person in their chat. It still went to the original asked them to delete it and order it to the updated one. It didn't happen. I stayed in pain thru out the night. Then went to pick up the prescription they didn't send me the pain meds were not ordered. Had to wait for that another 8 hours. Luckily my mother had some of hers left over that helped. I asked for a doctor's note they said they will get it to me that in a little bit. Texted them multiple time at which point they stopped responding (have text to prove my claims). I called them and started pressing numbers to get anyone on the phone otherwise you get a message that all reps are busy and to text them. He promised that I would have something from them by 9. He said they couldn't do notes which doesn't make sense if they are giving out prescription they can do notes to verify that a patient contacted them for the symptoms in the consultation. In the end that promise was BS as well. If it is an emergency I would not rely on these people to come thru. I threatened them with this review so o made good on my promise. Thank you and hope you never need there service I would look for others witch are better and respond faster with a better outcome.

I filled out the forms and waited about 3 hours for a RX. I have to say, hands down a better experience than other platforms. Definitely will use again.

I didn't read the reviews until after I filled out the forms for MD Care and I was worried that this was a scam, but it is NOT. They are who they say they are and are wonderfully easy to use and get the meds I needed.
