So convenient. I contacted them at 8:00am, had the confirmation email they had sent the prescription to my pharmacy of choice by 11:01. Called the pharmacy at 1:00 they confirmed it was ready. So seamless. Will definitely use the service again.

The company’s lack of communication is very disappointing. The chat option says they’re closed, so does the customer service number. The number they ask you to text never replies. My prescription was never sent to my pharmacy and I can’t get anyone from caremd to reply to me or get in contact with them. It’s a terrible telehealth website and there are many better ones out there at the same price. In addition, it did take quite some time for my request to even be reviewed. From beginning to end, very disappointing.

Asked to cancel 3 hours before they sent the wrong prescription. They obviously do not read consultations thoroughly nor do they stand by their cancellation policy. Use Call-on-doc, much cheaper with option of 90 day refills. Asked for a prescription refill and got something for sinus infection.

Easy and convenient..

This site is awesome! It was so easy, I was able to get the medicine I needed without leaving work. My tooth was hurting pretty badly, so I definitely appreciated the fast turn-around time. I was so relieved my Rx was ready for pickup just a couple short hours from my request! I got the antibiotic I needed and Rx mouthwash also. For people like myself who don't have insurance, a site like this is such a valuable resource

BE AWARE! I desperately needed antibiotics for a toothache and the other site I was working with was taking a while. So out of precaution, I put in a request with this company and not even 10 minutes later I wanted to cancel my request because my original prescription went through to my pharmacy. Their policy states that if your request has not yet gone through, you will receive a full refund. When I was messaging with their helpdesk, they sent me a screenshot of my order being fulfilled before I even submitted payment. The payment confirmation I have in my email is stamped 10 minutes after when they said they filled my prescription. So long story short, they would not refund me. I don’t understand why you would lie to people simply just don’t allow refunds. I would not recommend this site. You will NEVER see a refund, they’re scamming people.

I loved the experience! No hassle, convenient, timely, responsive and so economical! I will absolutely be returning to TheCareMed for any of the usual colds and infections because of the savings too! Thank you!
