I received an order but not for what symptoms I am having. I placed an order for ear infection and I got prescribed eye drops. Ithen sent an email back stating this misunderstanding and all I got back was, the doctor will look into it and get back to you. No one has gotten back to me. Time thought process of this company is great. However, I am still waiting for a correct response.

5 star !! I woke up with a swollen face due to a infected tooth no insurance.Had to work within a hour I picked up my prescription .Thank you would have spent all day and twice the money at a walk in clinic !

A scam I requested a consultation after waiting an hour I canceled the consultation and received confirmation that the consultation was cancelled and a refund processed. The next day they sent the prescription that I never picked up and was never refunded as they confirmed.

I've used the service three times. I have insurance just work too much to have time so I pay the visit consult and cash for my prescriptions since the providers are not in network all three times I've gotten the wrong medication the first time they fixed the second two times they did not . I don't even receive a medication in the same family to treat my issue. I emailed And no response second time I then paid a third with yes I took ur amoxicillin n asked for this and it's no better please give me this and still got wrong one .. attached pictures,samples and the same photos for same infection that matched .. did not get antifungal for sinus received antibiotic this is becoming common with covid.. still paying for visits second time I took the antibiotic, got yeast infection treated that and still no better I knew what it was just wanted medication to treat it this time it makes zero sense to take a medication used for bv for fungal infection in the sinus.. this is not healthcare ridiculous

I appreciate the price compared to other teledocs, however, I'm guessing the doctors were not aware of Oklahoma laws. When my husband went to pickup my prescription at the pharmacy, they would not let him take it because it was signed by a practitioner and not a doctor. Oklahoma requires a doctor's signature if it is across state boarders. The pharmacist kept calling, I called, and my husband did too but we couldn't get anyone to answer. I was able to communicate through emails and in a timely manner. Unfortunately I wasn't able to pickup my prescription until the next day due to my pharmacy closing. I could have had my medicine so much sooner if they had a doctor sign it initially. I will definitely give The CareMD another try if needed but hopefully next time they will have the doctor sign it!!
