I’d give this company zero stars if I could. I called twice as my pharmacy was closing. I was lied to twice and told my prescription would be sent within an hour and a half and then within an hour. Finally, I emailed to request a refund as I used another company and paid the same amount for impeccable service. They did not respond for almost 9 hours and then said they couldn’t offer a refund because they had already sent in the prescription. This company intentionally manipulates their customers. Do not waste your time or your money. They should be shut down!

From start to finish, The CareMD was a breeze to use. I filled out the questionnaire, and my prescription was ready within the same day. Highly recommend for anyone with a busy schedule.

Please please please do not go with this company. They did not even send me medication or even called me or even text me or even contact me. Do not go with this company. They will take your money. I got up in severe pain and I cannot go to the emergency room. I have two kids and no babysitter so I was not going to leave my babies so I went on Google I just clicked on it. It was eight in the morning. I was in pain. I wasn’t paying attention. I gave The $40 not a notification. Even the messenger was not messaging me. I have photos to prove it I want refund they will not give it to me. I did not receive any medication. The Walgreens did not receive any medication. I want my money back. I have the rights to get my money back. It’s $40, I need it. I thought that I was gonna get medication or even talk to a doctor I feel horrible. I got scammed. I’m in pain no doctor nothing this was a scam. Please watch out. Do not. Please do not go with this company.

What a terrible company to go through. I did my appointment at 10am and they still haven't put my scripts into the pharmacy yet. You try to call and says they are helping others and try to call later and everytime you call them it says that. I send them a message and once you are done with the message. It doesn't allow you to message them again.

does not even deserve one star. office manager should take some classes on how to communicate professionally. She is a screamer. Very rude and not at all helpful. She made it very clear that she will not provide my $150.00 refund for lack of service. they strangely required a consent after they got my cash. Isn't that sad and greedy.

The wrong script was called in - even after me providing a picture of the script and medicine vial

It takes 12-72 hours for anything to happen it’s not instantaneous, but that’s kind of an unreasonable expectation anyways. They do exactly what they say they do, prescription for strep was sent in and now I’m recovering. Thanks for taking care of me guys. if you’re worried about using this service (I was because of the reviews here) you’ll be fine as long as you’re not an impatient person. There’s not much communication from TheCareMD until your prescription is being processed and sent in so if you’re the kind of person who will freak out if you don’t get what you want immediately and then can’t get ahold of them on the phone.
