This is an amazing service. To meet with my doctor for this antibiotic would have cost $400. Instead, $40 was all I needed. Amazing.

This was a nightmare. Last Saturday (Jan. 4, 2025) I was very sick, needed antibiotics, and had no way to get to an actual doctor. I also didn't have a cellphone handy, so filled out their form, since it was a simple fix. Or so I thought. I was very clear that I'm allergic to penicillin. Our pharmacy closes at 5 on Saturday and is not open Sunday. I'd put through my request sometime around noon, got an email that they were calling something in, and when it started inching toward 3, my husband came home, and I used his cell to text them about my concern as to the pharmacy hours. I received a bot email saying they're busy - sorry. At 4:30, I finally went to a walk-in clinic at Walgreen's - highly recommended - and figured I'd still keep the other prescription on hand when it came in. It finally came in today (Tuesday) and the pharmacist told me she did NOT recommend this medication as it was in the penicillin family. I question whether or not these people are real doctors, but thank God the pharmacist was a professional who showed some concern. I did not pick up the prescription and will not be using this service again. Once more, I recommend using a real doctor at a walk-in clinic if possible. It isn't much more expensive (if at all) and you will see a real professional. There is also no way to contact these amateurs by phone, only text. They have a chat feature which is also useless. I first used that to find out if I could just fill out a form without doing a face-to-face consultation. Someone named John asked if he could help. I explained that I didn't have access to a cell at the moment and asked if I could do the above. He didn't even ask me to hold on, he just disappeared for TEN MINUTES. I finally asked if he was still there, and he sent me a link going back to exactly where I was. Total waste of time. DO NOT use these people.

Stay away from this SCAM SITE that's all it is. The good reviews are fake just look at them. I never received my prescription and can't contact anyone for answers. SCAMMERS STAY AWAY PLEASE!!!

These people are a scam. Took my money for the consult, then never filled the prescription. Tried calling them only to find out their number just directs you to text them. The "number" they wanted me to text wasn't a real number. It was 8 digits, set up like this (xxxxx-xxx). I then tried their online chat, was connected with an agent, who then said nothing for 45 minutes. "John" chatted with broken English. I asked for a refund and he said okay. I'm now waiting to see if I'm actually refunded. I screenshotted everything for proof to show my bank if needed. Do not trust this company please. 24hrdoc is the same price, based on the US, and filled my prescription within an hour of the consult.

Scam same issues as others took my money and never sent the prescription I have strep too so that’s great

DO NOT USE!!! Currently 48 hours past the initial examination and still no filled prescription. Called Kroger every few hours and nothing. Tried to chat with The CareMD on their site and "John" is extremely unpleasant. Just keeps saying "we sent it, no refund".. refuses to check in on what is holding up the situation and sends me a screen shot over and over that just says the name of the pharmacy, like he's "proving" he sent it, but it's literally just a spreadsheet that only verifies that he does indeed know how to make a spreadsheet. Total scam. Licenses revoked by BBB, and The CareMD is using a fake bot reviewer site on their own website to pretend like they have valid credentials. I have to assume most the positive reviews on sites like trustpilot are also paid for. It's been the absolute worst so I've cut my losses and just used Amazon's service, which was filled within 2 hours.
