Customer Service was very helpful
Customer Service was very helpful! My account was frozen due to returned mail (I didn’t update my address)...to two minutes on the phone to resolve and be able to use my card again.

It took a while to get my account…
It took a while to get my account closed. I did not want to pay the monthly card fee. I was told I needed to pay the $.08 interest on that fee. After several minutes on hold, I was told they could close it, and I could pay the $0.08 cents. However online the minimum is $1.00. I will be receiving the refund in the mail.
