The first agent I got on the phone was useless and rude. Did not explain the Covid program accurately and when I asked him a series of questions that appeared to be too much for him he hung up on me. The second agent was much more pleasant - offered solution and personally said she have my account on best program and look after it. She is worthy of all 3 stars. The other agent received 0 stars

I enjoyed this card to help rebuild my credit. I thought this card was paid off. In my record a zero balance. Today was my first encounter where I missed a payment. I received a call about the missed payment, but since Covid-19 I understood that customer service worked from different places and the call ended before the representative could explain my billing of the missed payment. I called customer service and was connected to a different representative that helped immediately. The representative was friendly and explained my billing. The representative even gave me some helpful suggestions to help avoid fees and missing a payment in the future.

The rep and manager that helped me were exceptional and understanding despite the first rep I talked to being dismissed by her supervisor and left clueless. Supervisors support your team. Why are you in supervisory role if you don’t have the time to supervise and help? That makes no sense.
