the nerve of your bank
i Called four times today which took me 15 mins each time, the first lady was very nice but her info was all wrong she told me my card was active but it wasn't,the second lady was out and out RUDE,told me my card had been closed and couldn't be open and hung up on me and the 3rd and 4th lady were nice but gave me all the same info the first women did and told me it was active but it wasn't,image me going through all this in the staples store i have never been so embarrassed in my hold life with a o balance and a 500 credit line
