The representative that handled my call…
The representative that handled my call was very efficient, knowledgeable and courteous. In fact when our call got accidentally disconnected. She was prompt to call me back and made sure I didn't need any additional help with anything else. Very professional.

Customer Service
Today after a frustrating day trying to resolve a problem I was helped by Eddie. What a pleasure it was. He was completely professional, understanding as well as helpful. He resolved the issue that had taken 3 calls without resolve. I hope Eddie gets the proper recognition for a job well done.
