After two months of trying to get my renewal card, Edward, was finally able to give me the correct information. No one previously had told me they were waiting on verification of my new address. Today I faxed the information to the fax number given to me (302-454-7952). Edward has assured me that it will be taken care of promptly. I have been very happy with my Build Card until all this happened. Hopefully, I will be happy with it again once this issue is resolved.

Representative went out of her way to find the best solution for me to get my account back on track.

I give this woman 5 stars because she talks to me calmly and she doesn’t rush me.
