Representative was very helpful
(from authorized person on behalf of Mrs. Perez) The representative I spoke with today was very helpful with my problem. I had made payments on the Build website that did not show up as scheduled payments, even though I had talked to someone else about the matter the first time. Upon finding out today April's payment was over $100, I contacted the company. After explaining the situation to the representative, she made sure adjustments to the account were made quickly. She was sympathetic and understanding of the possible site problems I had experienced and apologized for the inconvenience. I was very appreciative of the way she handled my problem.
