The Athletic HQReviews of theathletic.com

This site is not worth the money, it was excellent but since they do not have a dedicated reporter for the Stl Cardinals it is not as good

This company took £59.99 off my credit card and I have never subscibed to them, so how did they get my card details. I have registered for a fraud claim from my card company. But how did they get my name and card number and set up an ongoing subscription?

I tried to access an article...They said it would be free...It wasn't even though I clicked "Continue without a free trial" the site still asked me to start a free trial and there was no way around it.....The literal definition of a scam, don't fall for it...This website sucks a$$.

Scam, cannot unsubscribe

It's a scam I signed up initially to read sports articles from a certain writer, but now - after he's stepped down from writing for "my" club, I see you can't unsub. The cancel sub always fails, and the chat (human) just says there's a system error - time after time. There's no way to remove your debet card either. I've contacted my bank to block transactions. SCAM! DO NOT SUBSCRIBE!

Sign you up on an initial rate, hope you forget the subscription, then charge you £59.99 a year later and refuse to refund even within days of that renewal - do not sign up for anything with this company, awful!
