Theater Seat StoreReviews of theaterseatstore.com

Ordering process was smooth, they kept me up to date from shipping to delivery. The set-up guys were awesome!! Watching football now is a pleasurable and comfortable expirence!!, my friends are absolutely jealous!! I would definitely reccomend this product!!!

I have been in customer service 20+ yrs and have never dealt with anyone like this. When my Theater seats showed up in early August, one of the seats didn't work. Talked to Morgan, she seemed very helpful and said it would take 2-3wks to get parts to me, a tech would call to schedule appt. Happy at first.... month goes by with no phone calls or follow up. Parts arrive after 2 months and me calling/emailing, funny now everytime I call for Morgan she is busy.. Next I have to deal w/service company. Lady is Extremely rude and now I wait another month before tech comes out. Tech comes out after 1 missed appt and another week later to tell me they sent the wrong part. Still waiting to hear back from Karen who promised me a call the very next day... that was 1 week ago!! This Company is a Joke! They sell the same products for same price as anyother online seat store!!! My next step will be better business bureau and Attorney if needed. this is the first review I have ever written about a company, usually I'm very understanding, but this company should be sales only and let another reputable company handle customer service because they are absolutely clueless!!! Worst Experience EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!

The representative from Theater Seat Store called me and gave excellent advice and information on the various theater seats I was reviewing on their website. He was knowledgeable on his products and use in home theater settings. He even recommended saving a little money by not buying tables for each seat. This combined with free shipping made my visit to the theater seat store a worthwhile purchasing experience.

Awesome chairs!!!!!

Easy to deal with, no hassle, very polite, and accurate on quality and shipping dates.

The website has most of the info I was looking for but I had to also look on some forums and YouTube to get a good feel for the chairs I ended up buying. I wish they had some product videos on their own site. Customer service was good, but it's clear that they have little if any inventory and that orders are dropshipped from China - and then delivered by some other company. Needless to say that process means the wait time is at least 2 months. Regardless, I'm happy with the chairs now they are in my home theater, and if I ever needed more, I would buy from them again.

You helped us resolve an issue regarding the need for media furniture. We never dreamed we could afford so many seats and certainly not in leather.

Our Octane theater furniture came in a month sooner than we had originally thought it would take. We had been hesitant being a newer brand and our first time buying anything larger than a few PC components or a board game online, but after some research we found the design was a model that used to be sold by Berkline which is a good thing. The experience with TSS went better than I'd imagined with a rep checking with us every step along the way to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. I had read a lot of reviews from the course of a few years on a AVSForums that pointed towards a continuous improvement in customer service for the last year or more. It ended up being well below the budget we had planned so we tossed on white glove delivery to have the experts help us with inspection and to not worry about it raining between when my wife received the order and I got home to help bring everything inside. The local installer (working through Manta) in NE Ohio walked my wife through everything and even offered to sweep and vacuum when they made no mess at all. I would highly recommend going with their white glove service. The prices and quality were both so good we are actually talking about ordering from TSS when we need to replace our living room furniture in a few years. I would give TheaterSeatStore, Octane, and Manta all 5/5 stars on any question I can imagine being asked.
